• Bathroom Direct will use only trusted and industry-qualified tradespersons on your job. We give a 5-year warranty on all products and services provided.
   
• Your project manager will regularly consult with you throughout the renovation process, providing updates and advice.
   
• We will complete your renovation on plan, on time, and on budget, with no hidden or subsequent costs, in accordance with the original agreed quotation.
   
• Bathroom Direct will not consider the project completed until we have obtained your expression of total satisfaction.
