Initial phone consultation:
To check that clients expectations are aligned with ours. Checks to see if the client budget expectation is realistic.
Initial site visit:
A free, no obligation site visit to discuss ideas, take measurements, assess your needs, check out hot water cylinder configuration, flooring, insulation, tapware requirements etc.
We can advise on potential building code issues.
Concept stage:
The consultant will 'design' a bathroom layout for you using our 3D design software, see examples here . This concept plan shows the location of individual items and their relationship to one another. The design steps will
include selection of products that fit both with your budget and style expectations, including various colours, flooring options and tile designs.
Showroom meeting:
The consultant will meet with you in our own showroom, and where possible, present the products that have been selected to fit into your bathroom renovation plan. This meeting gives the consultant the opportunity to present and explain the various design aspects of the
bathroom plan.

Refinement of the clients requirements: Redesign, re quote and costings established.
Project quotation:
Our consultant will prepare a fully costed project and nquotation to complete the works as specified in your bathroom renovations design brief and site plan.
