In March, 2019, we decided to get our ensuite renovated. We contacted Bathroom Direct as we had used their services two years earlier with very pleasing results.
Right through the entire process of the renovation, from the design to the completion of the ensuite, their professionalism and workmanship was second to none.
The project manager even went out of his way to make sure the outside brickwork of the house was asthetically pleasing after the plumbing was altered to allow for a change in the position of the toilet.

I have just had Richard Cole call by to fix the seat on my toilet. The thread on the right hand seat support was stripped and would not screw tight. What a nice chap Richard is and he is very efficient.
The whole job took just 15 minutes to complete, at zero cost, and that included modifying the spare part that he used. I wish that all tradesmen were as pleasant to deal with and just as efficient.
My bathroom was remade from scratch in October 2013 for around $20,000 and I have been very satisfied with it. Visitors comment very favorably on my bathroom when they use it. I would recommend Bathroom Direct to anyone wishing to upgrade their bathroom.
